Introductory Site Visit

Service Description

This one-hour site visit is intended for property owners who are considering landscape design, installation, or ongoing garden maintenance services. During the visit, we will walk the property together and discuss your concerns, priorities, preferred style, and the areas where you would like assistance. After our conversation, I will take reference photographs and approximate measurements needed to evaluate the project and prepare a customized service proposal. This visit is an initial project assessment and does not include a written report, design recommendations, plant list, drawings, material selections, or detailed instructions for completing the work. The information and documents provided after the visit will depend on the service selected. Design, installation, and maintenance clients will each receive the plans, specifications, estimates, or service information customarily included with their chosen service.
