Regular merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days only when the purchase can be verified through a registered customer account or receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Holiday-themed merchandise is non-refundable and final sale. Consignment and artisan merchandise is sold as-is and is non-refundable. Custom, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order items are final sale once work has begun or materials have been purchased specifically for your order. If an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us so we can make it right. Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Plants and living merchandise, if offered, are final sale once they leave the shoppe because growing conditions and care are outside our control. Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Garden Lady’s Obsession.
